We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong computational skills, evidence of a productive academic record (e.g., published manuscripts, conference abstracts), and good interpersonal skills.
This is a 1-to-3-year postdoctoral fellowship position in the Kheyfets Cardiopulmonary Simulation Laboratory within the Cardiovascular Pulmonary Research Lab (CVP). The applicant will be responsible for coordinating a collaborative research project between the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Stanford University. This includes data collection and management and serving as a point of contact between collaborators. Furthermore, the applicant will be asked to train and supervise graduate students and technical staff in the laboratory.
The technical responsibilities of the position include: (1) developing a post-processing pipeline for cardiac MR images to measure contractile mechanics and structure; (2) developing finite element models of the heart/lungs; and (3) preparing manuscripts and conference abstracts that outline the study findings.

Salary Range:
The salary range (or hiring range) has been established at $53,760 to $65,292.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
